Training will explain a proven fleet CVP (Customer Value Proposition) that will enhance the trainees ability to grow the overall fleet business of a service center location.
This hands on program will provide tools and training for those that lead the devlopment of the overall fleet business in a store within a franchise organization.
The Fleet Focal Point is a store employee assigned by the franchisee for peer support for the service center fleet business.
The best practice for a service center location is for the Fleet Focal Point to be a Customer Service Advisor or Assistant Store Manager.
Who should attend Level 100?
Customer Service Advisors, and anyone else in a store assigned to lead the development of overall fleet business within your franchise group.
Who should attend Level 200?
Individuals that completed Level 100, Store Managers and District Managers assigned to lead the development of overall fleet business within your franchise group.
Who should attend CVP Review?
Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Customer Service Advisors, and anyone else in a store that may interact with guests with vehicles that could lead to opening a new Local Fleet Account.
